My phone keeps re-downloading files that don't exist. My Galaxy S3 updated itself yesterday, and I keep seeing notifications for 5 files that keep popping up. I have since deleted them because I didn't feel like having them pop up every 5 seconds, but the notifications still come up and it bothers me. Downloading files on iPhone or iPad is a pain.
